CO-MANAGING PARTNER_

  • Andy Stenzler is the Co-Founder of Rumble, a boxing-inspired group fitness concept with existing locations in NYC, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Philadelphia, and Chicago. Rumble was recently sold to Xponential, the largest purveyor of group fitness concepts in the world. 

    Andy graduated from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor in Engineering, where he was a J. Ira Harris Scholarship and an Alumni Scholarship winner. Andy then received his MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Among his many achievements, Andy was named an Ernst & Young ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in New York City. He has been featured on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine twice, named ’40 under 40’ by Crain’s New York Business and ’35 Under 35’ by New York Magazine. The Resident Publications’ deemed Andy one of the ‘Big 100’ in their story on the 100 most influential New Yorkers.  New York’s Our Town Newspaper named Andy an East Sider of the Year. Additionally, the Mayor of New York City presented Andy with the Esther Montanez Leadership Award for his work with the charitable organization, the Fountain Gallery. Andy co-founded both the Cosi and Kidville concepts.

    Andy resides in New York City with his wife Shari Misher Stenzler (Co-Founder and CEO of London Misher Public Relations), daughter Kylie, and son Colby. Andy is also an operating partner in the hygiene-focused nail salon concept, Glosslab.

CO-MANAGING PARTNER_

  • M.J. Bas has personally invested in 30 different business ventures and leverages 15 years of entrepreneurial, operational, and investment expertise. He started his career running operations for his family's long-standing business—Kalustyan Corporation, one of the nation’s leading spice and herb manufacturers. From there, he co-founded Crossroads Spice and Seasoning, a startup specializing in custom, high-end blends for the snack food industry.  With its unique cryogenic process, Crossroads quickly became an industry leader and renowned for its quality and flavor standards. The business grew to become a prominent player in the industry and  was later acquired. 

    M.J. graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University in Applied Economics and Management and resides in New York City with his girlfriend. He is also an operating partner in the hygiene- focused nail salon concept, Glosslab.

GENERAL PARTNER_

  • Wilton Speight is a former American football quarterback turned entrepreneur and early-stage investor at The Long Drink, Trucker Tools, Zuum, and more.

    Born and raised in Richmond Virginia, Wilton began working in the family business, Estes Express Lines, at the age of 13—his first two summers were spent cleaning trucks and sweeping the floors of the warehouses (per family rules). Founded in 1931 by W.W. Estes, Estes Express Lines is the largest privately held trucking company in North America and is still owned and operated by the Estes family. Estes provides regional, national, and international LTL freight shipping as well as offshore services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & more.

    Wilton started at Quarterback for two Division 1 powerhouses—the University of Michigan, where he graduated with a degree in business marketing and entrepreneurship, and UCLA, where he was voted captain in his final year and attended grad school. After spending a year with the San Francisco 49ers, Wilton went on to launch a sports agency, Headline Sports Group. 

    Wilton is an operating partner in the hygiene-focused nail salon concept, Glosslab.

OPERATING PARTNER_

  • Rachel Apfel Glass founded GLOSSLAB in 2018 with a mission to modernize the nail salon experience with its hygiene-first, membership-focused concept. After graduating from Columbia Business School, Rachel spent 10 years in finance fundraising for hedge funds. As a businesswoman, and later a mom, she was always in search of the perfect efficient manicure but found herself constantly frustrated with the lack of consistency in service and cleanliness standards. Recognizing that countless women desired the same thing, Rachel surrounded herself with a team of experts to create, operate, and scale GLOSSLAB. With three locations in New York City, GLOSSLAB will soon be entering the Washington, DC and Miami markets.

    Rachel remains actively involved in her alma maters, Columbia Business School and Cornell University. She is the head of the Alzheimer’s Association Young Leadership Committee, and an engaged member of Hudson River Park Friends, as well as several women’s networks including Chief and HeyMama. Rachel lives in NYC with her husband and two young daughters, who love the efficiency of mini-manis.

OPERATING PARTNER_

  • Ashley Camerini joined Rumble shortly after the first Rumble studio opened in New York City (Flatiron) in 2017. Before becoming the Company's CEO in 2020, Ashley held the positions of Vice President of Strategic Operations and Chief Business Officer and focused on the intersection of finance, operations, and marketing.

    Before Rumble, Ashley was the Vice President of Business Operations at Barry's Bootcamp, where she worked with the CEO and private equity partners to develop and execute strategic objectives and initiatives across the business. Ashley began her career in Investment Banking at Jefferies before transitioning to investing at private equity firm L Catterton, where she focused on investments in the Health & Wellness category, including Peloton, CorePower Yoga, Flywheel, Pure Barre, and Sweaty Betty. Ashley graduated with a degree in Economics from Harvard University.
